We will replace items damaged in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, email us within 7 days of the date of delivery at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged items to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Upon receipt of the damaged items we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged items. When returning items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Our products are health and personal care items so while we are unable to accept returns if you are dissatisfied we want to hear from you so we can make things right! Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details!
Lost or Stolen Packages
While Poverty Impact Network is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address entered for an order, we will help in any way we can! Upon inquiry, Poverty Impact Network will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Of course, we’ll work with you to help recover the package!
